Returns & Refunds Policy
Everyone needs a little bit of extra time to get back to reality after Christmas! We are happy to offer extended returns and exchanges over this busy period. Any orders placed on or after November 1st 2021 will be able to return or exchange their purchase up until the 10th of January 2022. Please be aware that any returns or exchanges received after this time will not be processed and the products will be returned to you. Please note: Items purchased from the outlet are only available for exchange.

Changed your mind? Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll provide you with a returns form!
Return your item within 28 days of purchase and we'll refund or exchange the item, whichever you'd rather! Any returns received after the 28 days will not be accepted.
All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition with all tags attached.
(Please be careful when trying on your items as anything returned back to us marked, damaged or without tags will NOT be accepted and will be posted back to yourself.)
Unfortunately outlet items are non refundable and can only be returned for an exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Please email us requesting a returns form within 14 days of receiving your order. State your order number and why you wish to return the item and if you'd like an exchange or refund.
2. Once you've received your returns form please print it out and pop it in with your return. We must receive your return within 28 days from purchase date otherwise it will not be accepted.
3. Return postage fees are the purchases responsibility and are non refundable. (We strongly advise using a reliable signed and tracked service!)
4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your item arriving here at House Of Montar UK. If you've decided you'd like a refund you will be reimbursed via your original payment or an exchange will be arranged.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact customer service via ... with an image of the fault. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged by your postal service please inform us within 48hrs by email to email@example.com, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted. Please note refunds are only eligible within 28 days of receipt.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you ordered please contact our team as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of what you have received for our records.
